METHOD | This Fruit comes from our Millon Estate Vineyard in the sub region Armagh. The vines were planted in 1998, Planted on its own roots on grey sandy abrasive topsoil over clay subsoil with sections of Terra Rossa. The vineyard is 400 metres above sea level. This Single Vineyard Riesling was handpicked and whole bunch pressed, using only the best free run juice. Fermenting at low temperatures allows us to create this delicate f loral wine. The wine was fermented dry and only slightly fined, filtered and bottled. |
APPEARANCE | Light straw with soft green edges. |
NOSE | Exhibits vibrant aromas of lemon, lime and green apples. |
BODY | Light <> Medium |
PALATE | The same citrus and floral notes are present on the palate along with an enticingly textural minerality. This fresh, crisp wine finishes with mouth-watering natural acidity. |
